Based in Glasgow, Scotland, Elle is an award-winning production manager and lighting designer working primarily in live performance and events. Elle grew up in New Zealand and, after finishing school and travelling the world, moved to Scotland to pursue her studies. She was fortunate to receive a scholarship to the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland where she earned a BA in Production Technology and Management with a specialisation in lighting technology. Alongside her degree, she received two university awards – an unprecedented achievement at the time.

In the years since graduating, Elle has built a diverse career across Scotland with additional projects in the rest of the UK, and further afield- including Russia, China, Japan, Korea, the US, Norway, Romania, Australia and New Zealand. Elle regularly alternates between roles as production manager and lighting designer, embracing the challenges and joy of both disciplines.
