Based in Glasgow, Niall has had a 30 year career in the arts including theatre, events, dance, opera and live art. His early career was with Hull Truck Theatre and Northern Stage before moving to London in 1997. From 2005 to 2013, he was the Head of Production at the National Theatre of Scotland, helping to shape and grow this new national performing company.

In 2013 he moved to London as Head of Production at the Royal Court Theatre until returning to Scotland in 2015 to settle down with his family in Glasgow.

Niall has always sought to work across the arts in different forms, both within his own role and also within different disciplines.
